Chapman Library
Addendum to the Neosho County Community College Computer Resource and Internet Usage Policy
In the fulfillment of its mission to provide a comprehensive program which serves all segments of its community, Chapman Library provides public access to the Internet.
Guidelines for Internet Use:
Objectionable Material:
Chapman Library does not physically monitor patrons' use of the Internet. NCCC has no control over information and images available through the Internet and cannot be held responsible for its contents. The Internet may contain information and images you consider objectionable, inappropriate or unreliable.
Minors Using the Internet:
Parents and guardians, not the library or its staff, are responsible for the Internet information selected and/or accessed by their children. Parents or guardians who wish to allow their children (under the age of 18) access to the Internet must sign this permission slip (also available below), and return it to the library. Only students who have a signed form on file will be allowed to access the Internet without a parent or guardian present.
