EBSCO Databases

A substantial number of NCCC's full-text nursing journals are available through EBSCO. The links below will connect you with a host of excellent resources.

  • CINAHL (world's most comprehensive source of full text for nursing & allied health journals)
  • Consumer Health Complete (a resource for consumer-oriented health content, designed to support the information needs of patients, and to foster an overall understanding of health-related topics)
  • EBSCOHost Academic - Journals (more than 8,500 journals, including full text articles in all subject areas)
  • Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition (scholarly full-text journals focusing on many medical disciplines, with strong coverage in nursing and allied health)
  • MEDLINE (authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences, and much more)
  • Search Multiple EBSCO databases (search several EBSCO databases on all academic subjects at the same time)

ProQuest

ProQuest is another excellent nursing resource.
