Chapman Learning Center Terms of Use and Fee Schedule conforms to NCCC’s Copyright Policy.
1.5A Current NCCC students, staff and faculty have free access to the library printers, copier and fax, and will incur no fees for reasonable usage of the machines. Any excessive usage, as determined by library staff, may be subject to fees.
1.5B Community members also have access to the machines, provided their usage does not interfere with teaching or learning activities. All community members who print, make copies, or fax documents must pay a fee according to the following schedule. Fees should be paid at the library help desk.
Fee Schedule:
Black and white printing and copying: Five (5) cents per page.
Color printing: Ten (10) cents per page.
Faxing: Twenty-five (25) cents per page.
