Chapman Learning Center will make its study room available to the students and public users under the following provisions:
1.8A The CLC Room 440 will be for group or individual use on a first come first-served basis.
1.8B Tutoring will be allowed when needed. Proctored exams will only be permitted by the Coordinator of Library Services and only if prior arrangements have been made.
1.8C Students, employees, or public users may reserve the study room upon request to the library staff.
1.8D No more than seven (7) persons may occupy the study room because of safety concerns.
1.8E It is understood that the students and college staff have priority in using the study room. Public users are welcome to use the room under the above restrictions as long as the College community does not have a scheduled need for the room.
