The Nelson-Atkins Museum is a large museum of art located in Kansas City, MO.  They have a large variety of art from many different eras, mediums, and movements from around the world.  Click here to select a region to view a portion of their collections.

The Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art houses a collection of American made art.  Located in Bentonville, AR, the museum has both 2D and 3D works of American art.  Click here to select a medium to look through some of the works of art that they house.

The Wichita Museum of Art is located in Wichita, KS. They have a variety of work in various mediums, from around the world but with empasis on American art.  Click here, then click Category under the Search the Museum Collection and choose a category, to look through their art collections.

Sometimes it can be difficult to work if there's no modivation or inspiration around you.  Here are some Tips for Artists Starting Out.

Dick Blick (often refered to as "Blick" for short) has a wide variety of art material at a wide variety of prices. Whatever the medium or budget, they're bound to have something for your artistic needs.

Etsy is like a global market place for artisans.  You can buy art work from about anywhere in the world, and you can also set up your own shop and sell to people world wide.
