Guideline 1.6 Issuance of Library credentials to patrons

Chapman Learning Center is established and managed to support the curriculum of NCCC. The library collection, services, and facilities are available to the public. Student and public patrons may obtain free library credentials under the following provisions:

1.6A Library credentials are valid for as long as a student remains enrolled or a patron remains a resident of the county. Patrons need to update their account at least once every three (3) years or it will be deactivated and then deleted at a future time.

1.6B For NCCC students with a valid student ID, the library is open 24/7 as long as they sign up at the Welcome Desk in the CLC every semester to activate this feature.

1.6C Public applicants must live in Neosho County and provide a valid Kansas driver’s license or other government issued photo identification to be eligible for a NCCC library credentials.

1.6D Applicant must provide a local mailing address and a phone number.
